Unfortunately, we didn't get enough money together to meet our monthly costs, we were £6.97 short of the £61.75 needed.

£6.97 has been added on to this month's target, taking it up to £68.72.

I had meant to make a note about this whilst I was on on the 28th.

I will put a donation in later this month when I have the funds.

Anyway, sad to hear about this.

I usually donate £10 at least once a year but sometimes I donate an extra £10 if you guys just need that little extra boost to meet the requirements.

Will be more vigilant at the end of this month. The end of the month caught me by surprise.

Short month, february....

Valve are looking into a system where anyone can make their own 'store' on Steam, and receive a cut of the revenue for games sold via that store. Perhaps this could be a new way for us to get donations?

Good idea, we can finally sell all the games we made over the years.

It's not for showcasing games you've made (necessarily), it's just a list of games from the Steam store.

HH would ask members to purchase the games they were going to get anyway through the HH Steam Store, and get a % of the sales for very little work.

I think it's a pretty dumb idea (on Valve's part) but it might be a nice way to bump up our donations.

I see, yeah, that could be good. I'd certainly buy games through that if I remembered.

Looks like we're fairly short on donations for it being so late in the month - £10.45 of the £68.72 target reached. The target is higher because we missed it last month.

I've put in a fiver. But I'm wondering if we are over-extending ourselves, are we getting the best value for what our community needs?
