HH Server 3 Goes GOLD

HH server 3 is going to be a 24/7 GOLDRUSH for a week or 2 so you can all get you goldrush fix in.

It had some troubles keeping it 24/7 after it was changed to 24/7. It changed to Dustbowl after few rounds so I had to change it back.
