Geneva Convention?? Lets see what they have to say about a weapon like Heavy's Minigun... As far as I know, you are not allowed to shoot people with such a gun, just vehicles... If the heavy therefore commits humanitarian infractions all the time (along with his friend the mad engineer), the scout might be allowed to attack him while eating (all in the name of the Geneva Convention of course ;) )

PS: Well, to be honest, I might not be right on the thing "shooting on people", but my father said so someday, as he is in the army he knows better than u :P fact is, I cant find any point concerning calibre in the convention (but also none about lunchtime breaks :D )
