Ok, straight to the point. Achievement servers are complete load of bollocks.
It's not something that I'm proud to say |H|H| is offering, in fact quite the opposite.
In the short time that #5 has been in this configuration there has been more trouble and problems than several months worth of rest of the servers combined.

Frankly, the 24/7 irc admins can't be bothered to deal with an endless stream of petty shite for the sake of some faked achievements.
Connected to it before cause I was bored and decided to help others get some achievements, that hardly worked. After helping others with 7 achievements I wanted to get just 1, the one with the übered scout killing 3 ppl (dont wanna fuck around doing that on normal servers), wasnt possible. I got killed every time before my übercharge was ready.
Servers like that are a POS unless its passworded and you're on it with people you know. Personally I would just set it up and let it sit there until after the weekend, no support required.
On a side-note, there's a mod that allows you to immediately fill the übercharge by typing "!charge", that would help (if you care to farm achievs there urselves or w/e).
Or maybe change it to a custom maps server. :>

I think that we should leave it as the achivement server as when it was dustbowl 24/7 it was empty all the time, now it is the achivement server it is getting some use and is mostly full now. The other option would to just get rid of the server 5 completely and just focus on the other 4 servers.
I was doing good in server 5 today. Got like 9 achievements cause there was this guy organising things with hos mic. Few foreing 12 year old dudes came to kill everyone and stuff but I got them banned. But then when I was 4 seconds from getting blast assist, the server crashed. Just my luck. Last time when I tried to get specialist, the map time ran out when I had healed 9946 points.

Jason, I did suggest in my post to disable the irc as it will only collect spam, and a few others agree that passwording it, at least in the short term is a good idea.
I suggested and offered once, and I'll do it again here, why not give a few reg's, who are willing/trusted, admin on that server only. Let them do a timed ban only, no perm bans, and trust them to police it.
I'm happy to spend some time on it if needed/wanted, I'll just play the ps3 at the same time.
I have created my own achievement map, after looking and playing on the one we have on server 5. Also as i will be spending some time on the achievement server i thought why not make one.
So if you have time to check it out or something who ever is in charge of uploading maps to the servers. If you think it is fit then could you put it on the server.
It accommodates for the pyro achievements, so it has the suitcases for the burning of the people capturing the suitcase and all the rest.
You know it's quite easy to do most of the achievements with bots. Or at least it was with the medic ones. I got the "ubered scout kills 3" one, and placebo effect, and a few of the other annoying ones that way.
