Post Votescrambling guidelines.
Now these are only suggestions, but I think if people agree these should be stickied and learned by everyone.

Times when scrambling should be used:
*On a 5 CP map, the same team repeatedly wins (2 consecutive rounds) in the space of 10 minutes.
*On hydro if one team wins a full game and the first map of the next without losing a round.
*On CTF games when a team wins 2 games without losing a capture themselves.
*If there is blatant clan/reg stack. But ONLY if it having an effect on balance.

Times when scrambling should not be used.

*If your team lost a CP/CTF map once.
*If you lost a CP map to a ninja cap\scout rush.
*If your team get rolled defending dustbowl/goldrush. It's only fair to let blu have a proper win. Plus, you get a chance to roll them next!
*Also, if you lost the first round of DB/GR. Red actually pulling off a defense is NOT stacking.
*If your team aren't working together, but aren't being totally rolled. Pull them together, don't split them apart.
*If bother teams keep stalemating. Find better tactics, the teams are balanced.

Anyone got any more suggestions?

I'm sure I've read that somewhere before, word for word.

Yeah bolt posted as much in the team stack thread.

I'm signing on this, I also believe that we need to restrict the scramble command, its getting called on far too often. Even if there has only been a slight or no stack

IF a team wins 3 rounds in a row without having lost a round it moves on to the next map anyways.

It should only really be used if you lose 2 rounds in under 10 minutes.

ON attack defend maps (A/D) one team pushes the cart non stop to the end in a time below 15 minutes for the whole attack and then the defending team fails to even get past the 1st stage id call them stacked.

And yeah the amount of regs/clan members on a team doesent make it stacked as most clanners suck anyways ;) Sad but true :P

Oh yeah I forgot about that about the winning thing, I'll change it.

Personally I don't really care if a stack goes on for the whole game. People spamming scramble pisses me off more and that's what I'm trying to avoid here.
