Well when I was a regular I thought that we would start with having 12+ people sign up for it. Pick a map to practice. Decide for a strategy for blue/red. Decide a class setup. Decide when we need to deviate from the setup Assign a class to each player. Anyone left over will be backup.
Then actually go into a server (this probably require some match/training config) and try it out.
Obviously everyone would need headsets.
See how it goes and what neesd to be modified.
lets just see who turns up for the first game, see how we go from there. I think we are winding down for xmas gimsters away and a lot of people have work and plans. (I've only just been told this) ill leave the event up on steam for thursday and just have a first laugh before we break up.. If anyone turns up
