You all might have noticed that we've had a few spambots on our forums for the last couple of days. This is because the first one's thread got so many posts and that attracted more of them.

It's crucial that you don't post in the threads they make. If you see a spam thread, please inform a moderator or an admin (The green or red named blokes) and they will come and destroy it.

Ignoring idiots is always the best option, that's why I mute people that spam the mic on the server...

Please don't derail this thread with pointless jibba-jabba.

Agent makes a very sensible request. Please do not post in threads created by spambots. We get enough spam on the forums from the members without needing any help

If you see a spambot thread, please let one of the online moderators or clan members know. If they can't deal with it, they'll be able to get someone who can.

Right, we just had our 4th spambot in 5 days this morning. Gladly, no one posted in it so we'll see how this goes.

2 in one morning... This is getting worrying. Maybe we should consider getting reCAPTCHA on our registering page?
Dunno if it's possible, but we really need to start considering our options if these keep coming.

Edit: Eek! Just had to clear out 12 spambot threads! Banned the offending account too. Something needs to be done quick!
