That was a really fun match guys, and the Blue team wiped the floor with you Reds! ;)

I had a lovely time shanking you all, even though me and Codlord never got that duel I got to kill lots of uber-ready medics :) I'm looking forward to the next match, thanks for the game :)

That was great :)
A little chaotic to start off.. but then again organising anything that involves groups of people is.
Maybe for future matches organise it so that everyone has to be there something like 15 or 30 minutes beforehand. Perhaps have start-up graphic that lists the teams?
All in all I think it work out really well and was a lot of fun!
Can't wait for the next one :)

I'm up for it! Had a great time tonight. Some observations.
In the match configs auto-balance and that thing where you can't join an overpopulated side needs to be turned off. It's a serious pain in the butt.

Deffing 2fort is hard! I don't feel the usual TFC def strats work. When you're alone top sp and a medic heavy and demo appear you're screwed. Haven a sentry sitting alone in the basement doesnt seem to be stopping anyone but scouts. I think def needs to stick together. Have a soldier top sp, another one top stairs, engi ramp room and a demo piping up the area before the ramp room. That way you force ubers early on. Perhaps you can even switch top stairs soldier between off and def.

Anyway it was great fun and I think we should try to lock the server down more often and have some off/def games during the week.

Definitely agree...my sentry in the basement just kept getting destroyed over and over and then with the long respawns it was ages before I could get the defense back up again...not sure how we can get around it but we need to rethink strategy
