Is it possible to make the scramble happen at the end of the round? If it really is that one sided the round won't be long enough to make this an issue, and when people realise how it works, they might be less likely to start the vote at the first sign of defeat.

Does this mean that the ribbon/award system can finally be fleshed out to all of those missing weapons.... like the backburner.
