When STV is on on HH4 it should be at hh4.thehh.co.uk:27040
The STV bot is always named after the ip and port.
I saw him and when I connected onto it it gave me an error, something like cannot connect after 4 retries, aborting. Tried it thrice.
the syntax is "connect hh4.thehh.co.uk:27040", right?
Should be, but I've not checked it out in a while. Maybe it is showing the wrong port. I'll check soon.

I know that's what it says, but I think they put that on the loadout because they can't have +/- things for the standard weapons, so they lessened the damage default for both, then gave the Backburner its 20% more to even it out.
Or maybe it now genuinely does more than before. I played with it and couldn't tell!!
