Can someone clarify what is going on and what a hung parliament means? I mean so far I think it's that not everybody was allowed to vote for whatever reason... And what is so special about hung parliament? Did you guys fuck up?

The hung parliament is not related to a few hundred people not being able to vote.
Well, in our country it's normal, we had one major party in communism and I don't want to see this again. We always have an opposition and coalition. But we also have more parties (in this government there are like 7 or 8 parties).
