I updated my settings earlier, but there was still an enormous star hovering over my head when I joined the server afterwards XD



To clarify: the way the option description is phrased it seems like choosing 'off' would remove my star, but all other donator stars (assuming their option is set to 'on') would remain visible - is this the case? (I hate to bellyache over a gesture of goodwill, but I don't want to see them at all hehe)

You may have noticed this earlier Frog, but the stars are visible during Sudden Death too.

Plus as an extra little bonus, you can set a colour for your text chat, and set a personalised greeting chat message for when you first join a TF2 server.

To set these features, donators can access a menu by typing !don whilst in game.

Think I donated a small amount last year, but that shouldn't count should it? Now I feel urged to donate next month. (I got a job! Finally!)

You have the option to turn the star on or off. Unfortunately I'm sorry, but I don't have any more time for personal requests relating to this system, for now.
