Just heard that the major TF2 update will happen just after 15th of April. Less than 2 weeks till a new map and upgradeable medic weapons

yeah, i knew it was during the week of the 20th of april... But I thought they would release it on the very last moment of the friday... The 15th would be earlier than (I) expected

I think that's the reason. VALVe simply doesnt want you to play TF2. Theyre going to nerf all the classes you play. It has just started.
