Bit harsh!

Sounds like something my teacher would say to me. ;)

Any help.
I'm desperate.

Playing since 2010 and I've never improved.
Most sessions I play these days and I'm hardly any help to my team and my kill count is stuck on 0.

I don't even know what class I'm good at.

I've tried everything.

Record a video.

Any tips on that?
Is it just for me to look at? (Someone suggested this before but I don't see how this would help)
Should I upload it here so everyone else can see where I'm going wrong?
and if so, how do I do this?

Sorry, I've just never used replays before.

Yes, upload it here.

The others will 'judge' on how you play and where you go wrong and such.

I'm not sure if it's so much my accuracy in general.
It's mostly against other people, since the movement is often unpredictable.

Play demo and spay and pray, that's how I started and after a while you get used to the shots, I still fire in 2-3 bursts spreads. Hang back and don't go gung-ho.
Also ignore your k/d, you can get obsessed with it and its not healthy.

Not played for a while so I would be worse than normal at the moment

Tried Demo once.

Let's just say I prayed a lot :P
You don't always need accuracy but I couldn't even hit people with splash damage.
The grenades would just bounce around and explode after everyone else had gone.

Deepblue has played for 4 years and still cannot grasp the concept of exploding a sticky bomb while it is in mid-air.

Play medic and leave the killing to professionals. Even if you do badly your still kredit to team.

+ you just might learn a thing or two from watchign how your patients play.
