That's all client related, rather than server. It seems that our TF2 servers have been stable and what you've been experiencing/witnessing is TF2 clients crashing to desktop.

Yeah, I've not noticed much in the way of server problems.

On rare occasions the server freezes and eventually times out.
and sometimes my ping skyrockets for a few minutes (but that's on my end).

Other than shots not always connecting (or connecting when they shouldn't), the server is fine.
