It seems as though RTV isn't working on HH2.

In what way wasn't it working? (e.g. not responding to trigger, menu not appearing, not changing map, etc.)

It should be working now.

I'm not sure really... it did pop up the '2 people voted to RTV 6 more needed' message. I didn't see us ever get to enough people, I just heard from everyone that it wouldn't work and hadn't for a while. Maybe they could chime in?

It only works when a map is already chosen (at 7 minutes before the time runs out). Before that, it doesn't do anything and also prevents you from rtving after a map is chosen later on.

I went back and tested it again just now.

On cp_standin I did a rtv, immediately a mapvote came up, I chose fastlane and it switched to fastlane.

On cp_fastlane I did a rtv at the start of the round. Chose upward and it switched to upward immediately.

So I'm not seeing those problems?

incidentally, could cp_standin be changed to a more solid server filling map, like badwater?

Anything must be better than standin. I mean they can't seriously have said 'please change it to standin that gets the punters rolling in'.

The server is filling pretty consistently from 7.30 to past 10pm now. Really happy with it.

The key seems to have been getting the quickplay score up.

We even had people complaining the queue was too long earlier.

Funny that Badwater is what THG gets set to to get people in.
