Ill tell everyone again, the easiest way to get transparency is to set it in PS or Fireworks then import the spray in to VTFEdit, it keeps its transparency with out donig a Alpha layer and takes half the time, and makes it the right format forsprays aswell so it doesent have to go through, the TF2 vtf converter which doesent keep transparency, this is how ive kept transparency on the 20 or so sprays ive made for people.
