Spy and Sniper still work just fine, kritzkrieg however doesn't, although there is a mod to allow this. I would assume this will be fixed in a patch fairly soon. Valve wee quite quick to patch the spy and sniper to work with crits off, no reason to assume they won't do the same with the new weapons.
I never said anything about sniper and sniper rifles, only the krtizkrieg, backstabs and headshots work fine, the kk does nothing but make your gun glow electicaly
I think it's a great idea but I hope you keep the Gold Rush server going for a few more weeks. It's the only lag-free 20 man Gold Rush server that I know of

Its just an alternate style of play, that while not to everyones taste definitely has a strong following (backed up by the 1000+ clan members registered to the uktf2l site alone) amongts TF2ers.
Again, just to re-iterate I think weve moved off the original topic of changing server 3 onto dicussing the possible purchase of an extra server with 16 slots to try this out on. The servers we have now are just fine the way they are with regards popularity.
