a few days ago i buyed my a new mouse and i try and try and try to found a good sensitivity for each class. I love the sniper and i think everybody knows that. I play the sniper with a low sensitivity and the problem is .. i can't do rocketjumps with the soldier or spin fast arround with the heavy.
Forget this mates
finally i found a way to set a sensitivity for each class.
look in your Steamapps/yourname/team fortress 2/TF/CFG vault there are cfg's for all classes. write in every cfg the sensitivity you like and safe this.
when you play and change the class the settings you write in there for this class will be used.
i hope this helps some mates out there
cheers Marco

Yeah in leagues its scout double jump and massive duck spam scripts that are considered illegal, however in matches the wait command is disabled which gets rid of 99% of the scripts that i'd consider to be 'dodgy' anyway.
Simply using the class configs to change a couple of things depending upon how u play a certain class is fine and something i do, i rebind six keys on my mouse for each class
Also if its only sniper that you want low sensitivity for, you could make use of zoom_sensitivity_ratio

I guess this does exactly what it says on the tin and adjusts the sensitivity when zoomed only....
I could do with playing around with that.
Whats the default value and what would be a good low sens value to try?

Yeah when your zoomed in using the sniper rifle your sensitivity will be sensitivity * zoom_sensitivity_ratio. For example i use sensitivity 3 and zoom_sensitivity_ratio 0.82, so my mouse sensitivity whilst zoomed in is 2.46. Default value is 1 and mostly its a preference thing jesus, simply type:
