Title says it all really.

I miss the old melee sudden death.

Last few times it been all demos only able to use their stickies.

I've just had a few melee sudden death rounds on server 1.

On hydro, the home of stalemates, had solly and medic melee only sudden deaths.

You git, haven't had a melee SD round in ages.

Come to think of it, all the SD rounds I've played recently have been on server 2.......

Seems like its set so you cant use your primary, only secondary and melee. The one you choose from those 2 you're stuck with til the end of the round.

Is this a deliberate change?

I could only use my spade the other day.
I don't really like melee SD anymore, it's not as exciting as the normal SD. Just becomes a competition of 'who crits first'.

i think there is a glitch with the melee sd stuff, the other night, we all changed to heavies, but some could still use their miniguns.

I loved Melee only sudden death... It was the main reason I began playing on the HH servers. I loved it as heavy-only, I was always soo good at it... although Oddly I always failed at bottle only... My favourite time is when someone somehow got as pyro, and even though he axed me from behind I spun round, gave him three knucle sandwhiches and he was down... classic. Good times.

have they fixed the exploit of people getting the weapons in SD only yet?

I don't mean by chance i mean by using a certain command. Kinda sad really how people want to ruin a good ol bit of melee sd with basicly exploiting
