Re: My map 'has to be seen to be believed' 'its art I tell you'
The map is basically just a small room with a flashing light, a breakable crate and a mop. That's about it.

Tsk and the Mona Lisa is just a woman smiling. The nuances of this map are obviously lost on you. The box, an obvious parable for mans desire to categorise and organise the world.

Well, I must admit that shooting a bucket around was probably the most fun I ever had with this game.

Astounding work.
But the box is breakable. So does this mean, that no matter how organised we are trying to be, in the end everything will still fall into pieces? Is the room maybe an allusion of God who controls us by keeping us in a small space? Are we all lunatics? Will there be steak for dinner tonight?

Agreed, the subtle nuances of the light coming and going, a symbolic perspective of the light of knowledge shining down on the box of categorisation, with a mop next to it, as if its saying, "this world is filthy, but no one has the courage to clean it up"

It's a room with a box... You couldn't play TF2 in it.

Just found this online, not sure where...
Team Fortress 2 Update Released May 30, 2008, 2:15 pm - Pulinya Legg - Product Update
The recently released samsmap has hit the tf2 community in such a manner that Valve is proud to announce that it is now on the official map rotation.
This is the very first unofficial map to be given such an honor and surely testament of the shear quality on display.
For those who have previously played the beta, a number of changes have been made by the maps creator Sam, before it went live on the rotation. These are:
- A toning down of the landmark lighting system due to reports that epileptic fits had been generated by the beta.
- Props have been altered to include a further box (now unbreakable).
- An additional mop and bucket will be added, which this time can be separated.
- The bucket will be filled and an additional option will be included to enable the contents to put out a team mate who has had an encounter with an enemy pyro.
- The spy class has also had an additional disguise added for use on this map. This may at times suggest that there are three mops on the map.
I have been informed that further updates for this groundbreaking map are in development, and these will be released in the coming days.
Further evidence of the impact of this map was seen this morning when at 10:28PST, 287 TF2 servers were playing the map.

There are some fools in this world who do not appreciate great art.

Thank you. I will not say whether you are correct in your interpretation - I would like everyone to see their own message in this work.

A great honour! I am pleased that my genius has finally been recognised, and I am grateful to you all (except st nick) for the support and admiration that has been showered upon me. This would not have been possible without you.
