I'm getting a bit fed up with the way server 1 and 2 keep cocking up and going to the same maps.

Today I played 4 Granarys in close succession because of it and it's driving me bonkers! I spose it's alright during the day when there's lots of admins on but at night it can be a real pain to drag someone off the irc to fix it.

Also, what's the rotation for server 3 now? We had a right buggy map called Mining or summat where people couldn't get out the spawns! Loads of people were logging off calling H|H shit and such, it didn't look very good. I hope ye playtested em, not just bunged on a load of pl maps for the sake of em being pl.

I hope you've got pl_dustbowl, happycow and steel in there cos they're right fun, but it always seems to be pl_heights and that map never downloads for some reason.

I don't like whinging, but something needs to be sorted out. Maybe give a couple of trusted regs in diff timezones admin powers?

The map looping thing is something (i hope) they are trying to fix on SM, my theory is that it occours either because all the users dont vote or that they dont get the option to vote in the first place, then it keeps going "pending vote" and just loops until the next round of voting (at the end of the next game)

Maybe set it so if 3 users type rtv or some other combination (a special keyword given to regs?) that they can initiate a mapvote within the first 30 seconds or a minute of play (to stop people changing map just because they are loosing)

The map thing afaik is due to the voting not worknig so there are no voters so noboy wants tochange it sees i think
The map mining i believe as already been taken, the problem was reds were spawning in blu's forward spawn for some reason

Yeah I forgot about rtv. a time limited rtv is a good idea.

If there is ever a problem like that, why not either nudge a clan member on Steam or hit the /irc thingy in chat to get their attention to try and sort it out.

Ares never seems to be offline (slacker) and a couple of others are around most of the time.

The map looping on server 1 is definitely getting annoying. I've been on a few times when it happens...A fix for this would be really really good.
