Has anyone seen this mod before?

The Lite version looks like it may be worth a look. It adds the ability to have friendly fire on or off and to turn critical hits on or off. You can mess about with respawn timers and damage settings, but I dont see the point really? Apparently turning off critical hits does something to backstabs and headshots, so probably not worth messing with that, but I wouldnt mind being able to turn on friendly fire every now and then if people wanted to.

Anyhow, thought id bring it up for discussion anyway .

I played on a FF on, TF2 server once. Never again. A horrible experience. Especially when I was deliberately killed by a team-mate so they could grab the intel from me.

Please don't turn off critical hits! I love it when you suddenly get the bit of extra firepower

i think the games well balanced enough as it is. I might moan occasionally but dont we all.

Not as much as you tho.

It's like Valve said, the game needs abit of randomness to help along the way, or it'll end up too predictable.
