Post subject:  Dirtwork and gas_kaboom

I was looking through some custom maps and found these two.

The first one Dirtwork is a capture the intelligence map with a bit of a maze like layout. All the walls can be rocket and grenade jumped over so it looks like the map will be fast paced and high capping which makes a nice change from the normal low scoring maps.
I would post some screen shots but I can't seem to get TF2 to take them.

Gas_kaboom is also a capture the intelligence map but with a twist. Instead of taking the intel to your own base you take it further into the enemy base. When you cap gas is released killing all enemies. Yes that is right just like the classic TF map Rock. It doesn't look like there are any hazard suit though and I don't know if your own team dies as well. It's small map probably best played 6vs6 but because of the classic Rock element I would love to give it a spin.

awesome same concept as rock2 on tfc (loved that map) though there arent any hazard suits in tf2 and im wondering would an uber survive the gas?

Gas Kaboom was fun, (even tho' I sucked bigtime on it this arvo :oops: :lol: ). Not as good as Rock2 on TFC, that... rocked. I missed the desparate race for the survival suits and the sinking feeling as one of your teammates just beat you to the last one. In this one, you had to be just killed or already in the respawn area to survive, it seemed.
