I've found this http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=605111 quite interesting. Especially the fact rocket damage drops dramatically over range. |

I knew I wasnt just being paranoid, they really have mucked about with it since release. First few weeks of release played a lot better imo. |

Yeah - soldiers been nerfed. Don't really play it anymore since xmas as you get picked off from range by some classes and if you make it past them mullered at close range by others. Crap at all trades, master of none. I can see no situation now where i'd rather have a soldier to a heavy weapon guy or demoman. Interesting about the scout damage - far too high. Try encouraging people to cap the points instead of deathmatch. |

I think the Scout numbers are fine though. Really, has anyone had any complaints of them before you saw the numbers? |

Yes. I've always thought Scout damage too high even before seeing the numbers. And (from a pyros perspective) don't get me started on the Sniper's meelee weapon... Lt Dan. |
