I was wondering if 'sv_pure 1' or 'sv_pure 2' was set on H|H servers? I think it would be a good thing to do. It would stop any wall hack cheaters as well as negate any accusations of cheating on the server. "When a server enables sv_pure, clients who connect and play on the server cannot gain an advantage by modifying the game content." |

Didn't think we had any problem with cheating? If you see or suspect then post up here and one of our admins will contact the person and investigate. We certainly won't stand for any of that nonsense! I seem to remember sv_pure doing other things like messing up downloads on decals and map effects/sounds? Correct me if i'm wrong |

Sv_pure has different levels of protection. Certain things like skins can be barred whilst sounds are allowed. What it does not stop is hacks. These are usually run outside in a separate app. Personally though, I don't like sv_pure, far too draconian. When creating a model for an online Source game, it has to be within the hitbox ranges, or a consistency error will occur. So for most people this stops them having 20 foot high player characters. Of course someone could have dayglow demomen or halogen heavies to pick them out easier, but if you ask me the characters are already pretty easy to spot. |

Dont know will check. The match will be run with pure 2 which I think is fair. |
