I've got a question, regarding matches and practices

Are regs allowed to practice with, and participate in challenges alongside Clan Members against other clans?
I am not too sure about that, I've asked some times on the servers, but I guess the action and Hlxstats spam kinda spams away the question alot.

For inofficial matches if we dont get enough clan member I am sure this would be allowed.
It would have to be full members only for official clan vs clan matches.
