I couldn't agree more with you and i would like for HHs to have at least 1 if not 2 of the servers with official maps only.(maybe with very few exceptions). Please dont take this as an offensive suggestion...... i feel obligated to explain the reasons though
1. Most of the custom maps i have played till now are either poor balanced or just poorly designed
2. Some of them are designed for one and only reason, GAIN hlstatsx points faster. Just mayhem and fast killing with 0 respawn time. Less thinking and no tactics.
3. Some of them are designed to support only few classes and not all.
If i think for some time i can find more reasons to support my opinion...... but right now i m at work and it is a little bit difficult to do so.
