Liking the slightly darker approach to this one.

They kinda screwed up the uber-charge bit though

-Medic doesn't get the shield when he does ingame.
-Heavy's weapon doesn't glow, I thought it did?
-Heavy is still charged even when Medic stops healing him.

The medigun he's using doesn't give the shield to the medic. Haven't you played the game lately?

Lolol that's some epicfail right there.

It's a video. Nobody cares that the Medic isn't Ubercharged and the Heavy is red.

About 56 seconds into the video, you can see a woman standing in the observation room. Would that be the Announcers assistant?

What's this? Going by what Agent and Ntrailz have said, I should have the item and have used it and have known what happens when you use the uber charge.
Well that's just plain odd.

Apparently the item description also tells you how the uber charge will look as well as what happens when you use it.
Oh wait....that's not true either.

Either that or there's the possibility I should be able to be in two places at once, being able to see somebody set off an ubercharge and be on the other side of the map at the same time.
