I'm glad to see Hydro coming up again.

We actually had a pretty good fun match when it came up yesterday, and it didn't clear the server at all.

I like Hydro.



(Also, please not 24/7 Badlands... it's the most played comp map and 5CP on pubs makes me die inside).

+1 for Hydro... especially since I could'nt get on the server yesterday while it was on

As for the map voting, I like the PL maps (except hoodoo) and the AvD maps(steel, dustbowl) because the target moves around changing the way you need to attack/defend all the time
With 5CP , the points are fixed so you need more in the way of team work to be able to play.

But to remove one map or a style of maps on the server on the basis that some of the top players dont like them will ruin a great pubbie server that lesser skilled folks (like myself) play on for fun and giggles

Anyway, must dash, some folks in HH2 are in desperate need of being bbq'ed

lol thats not a trolling attempt (non plural), maybe on face value to a simpleton, sure. my actual trollage lies much deeper than that, as I'm sure you know. It does hopefully aid to show the fact that the issue of map preference is subjective (durp), a rather broken record. thats not to say its not a valid point to bring such things up if thats the way people feel.

besides I do rate 2fort and hydro they are in my top 5, with dm_store and a few other valve maps mixed in there. Hydro can be especially epic when there are 2 decent teams that all play as a team, proper. Sucks if not but there you go
