Highlander medals dropping?

Post Highlander medals dropping?
I was playing on HH2 and found my ETF2L Highlander medal for participating in the valve competition. Anyone else found theirs? The wiki page ETF2L Highlander Tournament says this item was added in June, but I've only just found mine. Anyone else take part in this thing?

I led a team for the Highlander cup and I never got anything :(

Back to selling Affable Ponies mouse mats now.
