Telgor I've been using oxide for about a year after experimenting with CommHUD, gmang, and others. It's the cleanest, nicest, most clear HUD I've ever seen and not only does it improve my game I physically enjoy playing with it.
Does it survive tf2 updates Daystar? If not how fast are they to update the hud?

Re: Competitive HUDs
It generally survives TF2 updates pretty brilliantly. About 1 in 6 updates screws a little piece of the HUD slightly and in that case just a redownload/install of the same version generally fixes it. In the rare case the entire hud needs updating (for a new feature as well as a break) I can't remember the last time that had to be done but it was fixed well well within a week.
I've also emailed the guy who makes it personally about some questions and he was very prompt and helpful
Broesel ftw. Does break pretty much every update, but its pretty fast to fix if you have the .zip sitting on your desktop. The times its been completely broken by a large update he has always been pretty speedy in getting out a new version.
