They get especially sh**ty with you if you dare kill a Sandvich holding heavy...
But.....It's one of the achievements if you're a Scout. I managed to get it by following a Heavy who proceeded to go around a corner into a dead end and eat a Sandvich.....right infront of me. A quick bat to the face and that achievement was as good as mine.
I mean really, if you get killed because you're eating a Sandvich you deserve it because you're obviously not being cautious enough.
