What about players who base their class choice on their team's classes?
E.g. players who go medic because their team doesn't have a medic yet - just to find out that at round start they are in a completely different kind of team with different class needs.
I was suggesting a couple of options to a player created problem. Ideally we wouldn't even need to have scripts to solve these problems, players would fix them themselves through awareness and attitude.

Any scripted solution to a player created problem will have it's down side. Weigh up which of following is the biggest problem. Team stacking, or a player having to change class and adapt after being switched.
