Click game settings in steam.. launch options specify

-window -noborder

You do lose framerate doing this though. And I am not sure it will help the current situation.

and it would have to be "omniscient", not "omnipotent", but then again.. if you're omnipotent, you might be omniscient. if you're omniscient you're not necessarily omnipotent. ktnxbai

I'm confused... what am I again? [mixed]

PS Have you been crashing when you hit the tab key to look at the scores
Try disabling your steam in game community thing or changing its short cut from Shift-tab to something else that does'nt involve the tab key
Worked for me

Ok back to the burning {FT}

hey Boris,

no i haven't, but i know what you mean. These new crashes are completely out of nowhere. Nothing on my part - no steam community/friends on etc. No idea why it's happening. I think the latest TF2 update made things a bit wonky...
[mixed] :?

No, we don't need client dumps. We have a whole heap of them already. The problem is by the time the client has crashed, the client has been in a bad state already for a bit of time. The problem is tracking down how they got into that state. We have another update going out tomorrow that fixes at least one more problem and will likely reduce the number of server and client crashes. We won't be leaving the game in this condition; the team has been working on it non-stop.
