Does this then logically imply the following?:

"Anyone, who is able to post a spray, found posting illegal images shall have their HH status revoked."

I think they might/should be looking at more severe (read: legal) repercussions than the removal of a rather imaginary status in an online community.

I think Fluffy was directly responding to what you said, where you only mentioned illegal images. So far, in this thread, the term illegal has been applied to UK law.

If any individual sees fit to report someone to authorities then that is down to that person to do that. The Hampshire Heavies is nothing more than a collection to individuals. It is not a legal entity in it's self.

As things are now, I think it's highly unlikely that there will be anything that would require anyone to resort to that.
