Phlogistinator is fun but frustrating at the same time. For some reason being enied quick weapon switch and being forced to use the flamer aspect more makes the flaming aspect seem much more powerful, even when it's not.

Soldiers, demos and heavies are just nasty though without the airblast to at least fend them off, even with crits. The trick seems to be to realise that not every full bar of charge lets you go on a murderous killing spree.

Yah, foundry aint actually too bad. It feels very open, which I tend to think is quite a good thing for pub play and as mentioned in a recent tf2 podcast the last point is relatively easy to win, so it shouldn't be as stalematey as some other 5cp maps.

I do think there are a few too many strong sniper sightlines, but other than that I quite like it.

As for the new weapons...meh. My normal complaints apply. New flamethrower seems like the weapon the Backburner probably should have been. It also makes Pyros a somewhat more worthwhile for uber. Don't really have a strong opinion on it.

The community spy knife seems to be a straight upgrade as far as I can tell. So you lose your knife if get caught by a Pyro for 15 seconds...as opposed to you know, dying and waiting to respawn for x seconds? Doesn't seem like much of a downside to me. I'm not really complaining though, I actually think its a buff the regular non-DR spy probably needed.

Mostly I fucking hate that christmas noisemaker. People who bind that shit to every movement key need to be taken out and shot.
