Idk, is there a really high difficulty difference between Mann Up Mode & Free?

Mann Up is really a pain (fun).

96 huntsman Snipers... Hell showed its ugly face.

Bots do not take up player slots. You need bots in the server because you are fighting bots, if there were no bots it would be MANN vs empty map.

I don't think thats Mann Up. Each map actually has different difficulty tiers that contain more difficult waves. The 96 Bowman wave... Its fearsome. When you use the MvM matchmaking server you'll see that each map has three options, the first always being Normal difficulty Invasions and the rest all being Advanced difficulty. The Mannworks map actually has an Endurance mode it seems too.

Yeah, just found out that you can change difficulty via ingame-vote. Advanced is a pain, but advanced 2...nearly impossible.

I theorize that in Advanced and Advanced 2, it's better to invest in improving your characters natural abilities rather than your weapons killing power. The problem we had wasn't killing stuff off, it was surviving and stopping the damn Super Scouts. :P

Apparently pyro airblasts are almost a necessity for those scouts.

I played a Demoknight last night with specs in resistances, melee speed and crits on kills. It was quite potent and the only time I died once I got the resistances up was when a group of scouts pinned me next to an incoming Giant Heavy. :D May experiment using the Half-Zatochi next, he healing effect may help more than the Eyelanders damage and speed bonuses (which could be bought in the store anyway).

EDIT: I just now remembered to ask this. A few posts back I'm sure I remember reading that typing "!robot" in the game will allow you to use the robot skins (except for Engineer). Though I've tried this and it doesn't seem to work. Was it disabled or something?

If you want to play using the robot model on HH2, then type !robot (it's a toggle.) Works for all classes except Engi.

Are you sure you are trying this on HH2? :) (It's the normal TF2 server; read non-MvM)

Nah, he was trying it last night on MVM#7 whilst |H|H| tagged up rather than @H|H.

xD

Yus, that was actually my brother playing at the time. I asked him to add the H|H tag for me but it seems he got the Regs mixed up with the other.

And yeah, I realise now I was using it on the wrong server when I did try the command.
