I installed a custom skin for my Scatter, a TRON theme , but for some reason, it won't work in HH or any other server, any ideas as to why this is? Apparently it's something to do with sv_pure. Not a clue what that is.

Custom skins will work and always have worked on |H|H| TF2 servers. If it isn't working at all, then it is likely that you haven't installed it correctly. I'd double check that you have put the files in the correct location.
Well, I think it works, because on the start up screen loadout, it works, but it doesn't work in servers due to this. I'll reinstall it again, and hopefully that'll solve it Just good to have a server that runs em.
