Well, I've waited two days. My FPS was crushed to 9, and crippling choke made me worse than a noob in a Skull Island Topper. I've waited the days, and tried it out. It's back.
I now have 40 FPS. I can run at the speed of scout and not have problems, and my choke gets about 1-6 every now and then. I can get 28+ when cloaking, and I am on top of the world.
