It goes like this, you change your password, give me your account information (inb4 thief!), give me your steam code (I will not check to add my PC to your machine whitelist), I will run TF2 on Linux Mint and you receive your own personal Tux! Then you can safely change your password back to normal.
I am not forcing anyone to use my "services", just in case anyone is interested and can't be bothered to install any Linux distro and desperately wants his own personal penguin. (And of course, if the said person fully trusts me )

Yeah, or you can create a new steam account and then afterwards buy a gift wrap and send it to your main account you trolls. But I wanted to do it for free (so the other person doesn't have to buy anything), for the community.
