TF2 being played with an Oculus Rift Developer Kit
It's very interesting. I wouldn't play a multiplayer FPS using it. Anything else, though.

I'd love to give this a try (just to see Archimedes in all his plumage) - looks promising for a first run attempt. I guess FPS aren't it's target audience, but something like portal could be quite an experience.
I'm a bit confused about the lenses included - wouldn't you need a prescribed lens for the unit rather than a 'weak, normal, strong' selection?

The lenses are weird. It's to keep costs down that they have standard lenses that will work for most. I imagine it'd be quite expensive to have some custom made considering the size you'd need.
Another thing, it found the warping of the image quite distracting and off-putting. Of course, it may not be that way once you use it, and just a result of filming it.
