Post default map
hey, as you all know the default map that the server reverts to when its empty is pl_badwater, i know it's a popular map but i think all the regs that come to get the server going in the evening are pretty tired of it being the map that we all have start on and wait for people to join.

It's also no longer the map that is likely to get people to join, could we not just change the default map to something else like badlands? or maybe that newish one cp_process?
Im sure they would help get the server going quicker and all the regs would be happier starting off on a different map from badwater!!

THanks!

Granary or badlands would be best imo.

I agree with dazed.. almost every popular server around bore the heck out of people with maps like badwater. Process, standin, or even the less know cranetop could bring a breath of fresh air to the servers :/

I agree, badwater seems to be the opposite of a server filler

How about this...

Every 5 minutes, when HH2 or HH3 is empty, the server will randomly change map to one of the following;
cp_badlands,
cp_process_final,
cp_granary,
cp_standin_final,
pl_badwater

(with these map changes being omitted from the map log.)

And when HH2 reboots it starts on cp_badlands.

Good idea, but please not cp_standin, it's atrocious!
I also noticed theres no round limit on standin, meaning you have to play the full 30mins. The few times the map came up the server was pretty much empty afterwards. Would it be possible to set the round limit to 5 like on the other cp maps?
