My brother came down a while ago and he brought a game with him that he urgently wanted to show me, as we both are into pirates. (No Ninja love here, sorry.) He showed me "Sid Meier's Pirates!" Whilst I was unknown to this Pirate game, I was very aware of the Sid Meier game series, as they are some of my favorite games like Civilization. So I gave it a go. After just one day, I was completely hooked on this game. The game play of it was fantastic, and the fact it had the Sid Meier aspect of it (Where every game is a different game because its randomly generated) it soon became one of my favorite games. But unlike Civilization, this game is relatively small, and things soon repeat and become relatively boring. But I made this note to myself: "If there is a game like this, there must be more!" Not that this is always true, but if like World of Warcraft, there are a lot more MMORPG's like it.

So here's the question: "Do any descent Pirate Action(FPS)/RPG/MMORPG exist?" If you have played these game you recommend, please tell me about them.

hows about overboard on the psx, i played the demo and thought it was great, Age of Pirates: Caribbean Tales, Pirate Hunter, the best one tho is a korean mmorpg called pirate king online, lololololol crackin game

great little game if ya got a few mates to play with, i stopped playing due to other games taking my attention away and seemed silly to pay for a game i was't playing anymore.

Yeah I don't really take fond of paying for games I've already payed for. It looks really good though.
