Most negative posts about spore are either it didn't live up to what they hoped, or space stage is bugged with all the attacks and random events. I hope there's a patch for that soon even though I appear to have got off lightly compared to some people.

For those that are playing it, remember that if you go attack everyone, they will fight back, forcing you to run about like a nutter like some have mentioned...
Some bits of the game are a bit annoying, like having to develop buildings/vehicles again each time, or you can use other peoples - which is what I do most of the time!!
Overall I really like the game, would love to be able to keep it in the cell stage and just keep getting bigger tho, that would be fun
