Post Crysis Warhead anyone?
Just a general question. I was thinking about it, but tbh the only reason I bought Crysis was for its mod potential, so I'm not sure such a short game would be worth it.

And all this talk and uncertainty about the DRM is also providing me with more doubts.

I'd forget about this and go for Far Cry 2 instead, that is looking sublime, and only a month to wait.

Eh...do you buy these games (FC, Crysis) for the multiplayer or something?

Not to say the SP isnt worth it, if you enjoy SP then more power to you, just wondering cuz I got bored of Far Cry after about an hour and Crysis seems to be the same thing with souped up graphics and a suit. :?

I get them usually for the single player. Why's that so strange?

I didnt really like Crysis' multiplayer anyway. And now it seems I can't join most servers for it.

I'm interested in Warhead, but with extra DRM ON TOP OF STEAM, it's a boycott for me. Why do they need 2 RIGHTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS?

P.S - Whatever you do, don't give EA any ideas

For me with Far Cry, Medal Of Honor, Call Of Duty etc, it is purely for the single player. I have virtually never played predominantly single player games online, except perhaps the original deathmatch in Half Life.

My online playing time has only ever featured in online designed games like Team Fortress Classic, Counterstrike and eh, TF2, not the bolt ons to single player games.

I always feel that a game should be either single player or online, rarely in my opinion do they succeed at both, with a few exceptions.

I've got Warhead.

It's fun, much like Crysis there are plenty of shits and giggles to be had about. I was also a stealthy character, and tried to set up stupid scenarios where i'd distract all the enemies into a single house, C4 it up and then blow the shit out of them all.

It's satisfying, but it is getting a bit boring. I had the same problem with Crysis.

It's weird, but TF2 really is absolutely the BEST, most balanced, fun and long-lasting game i've ever played on. Everything else seems a little weak these days.

Can't wait for Far Cry 2 though!

Or GTAVI, Mirrors Edge, Fallout 3, blah blah blah...

Short isn't the word. Finished it in 1 sitting on sunday I did all the side missions too. Glad i didn't pay for it

There were quite a few cool moments in there and you get most of the weapons early on leaving loads of scope to how you approach each objecvtive. dual wield uzi's are loads a fun.

If you like ther first you'll like this but make sure you play it on hard

Hard or Delta? Because I havent actually bothered finishing Crysis on Delta, but found it to be more fun.
