Has anyone seen these, it was announced at CES. Any ideas if they will be complete rubbish or a revolution in PC gaming? Personally I think they could have a use if developed for properly.
I remember when somebody said the exact same thing about physics engines.
Maybe if monitors with high refresh rates become standard and the price comes down a little more it'll take off. Right now I'd need to buy a new monitor, upgrade to Vista and probably get a better graphics card to pull it off, so I think I'll pass.

You've been able to do this on high-end cards for a while afaik. Not a decade ago either.
There used to be an option either in the NVcpl or Ntune... just looks like now they marketing the glasses..
Still if you think about 3D movies and how good they get them now it could be kinda fun...
