I was addicted to this game, the musics been stuck in my head ever since!

Man, those C&C tracks sure brought a lot of memories, some of the first games I've played. I think my brother even has one of its soundtracks as his ringtone.



Another one of ye olde games with great music is Doom, surprised no one has mentioned it. Fits the game, not much to say.



Halo created some excellent atmosphere with its soundtracks, trying it with those musics off makes it much less interesting. Imo they deserve the praise they've got, they really fit in the game and the scenes they appear in. Don't know about others than the first game tho, don't spoil me, I've worked hard not to know anything about the others till I can play them without a Vista or something.

My bet is that there'll be some evil, long lost brothers involved too. And a monkey with a hat. That'd make it a bit more epic.

I liked the Warcraft and WOW music very much, played WOW so long and the music is still stuck in my head.
The music from the original warcraft 1 and 2 games was so epic.

also cant beat the 8bit and some of the 16 but not got any stuck in my head for too long to remember. moonwalker was classic tho sooo cool at the time. these days i usuelly have my own sound-track or no music ie fallout.

A few epic pieces of game music, could go on for ages but I'll leave it at that. I love game music.

Lalo Schifrin is totally underrated, he's written some amazing music, not least the theme tunes to Bullitt and Enter the Dragon.

I doubt anyone will know or remember the game called Monter Hunter or Monster Hunter Freedom for the PSP. It's the equilevant for WoW in Japan, but not as succesful in the Western world so we only have the first 2 games here.
The best games made for PSP if you ask me. Had some great music in it too.
