Is that any good? im tempted to get it....
Stalker is very unusual and ambitious and quite different from the normal first person shooter. Some people have likened it to Oblivion because of it's rpg leanings and it's not a bad comparison. It's world isn't quite as big or as open as Oblivions but it's highly atmospheric. The story is compelling too. However, it is a game which benefits from some of the many mods and tweaks available for it.
Also bear in mind Stalker uses the SucuROM copy protection system which some people have issues with.
Overall a highly recommended game. The multiplayer is quite good too

Added to my list. Now have:
Company of Heros + Opposing Fronts Crysis
I know some of you have said its a letdown, but I'm dl'ing the ET:QW demo to give it a try. After the dissapointment that was the Crysis multiplayer, I dont think it can be that bad.

Counter-Strike - In case my m8 wanna pwn me. Counter-Strike: Source - If he ever bothers getting a computer that can run this. Day of Defeat: Source - My mates like this game, so its for them when they're visiting. Half-life - I love this game, even if its old. Sometimes i do a speedrun, but I'm far from any record or anything hehe. Half-life 2 - Must have for me. Half-life 2: Episode One - ... Half-life 2: Episode Two - ... Team Fortress 2 - n00bs doesn't pwn themselves, gotta help the world by fragging them one at a time. STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl - Some of you guys here said it was fun, so I'm in the progress of pwning this game. The Witcher - Still haven't finished the last chapter. Neverwinter Nights 2 - Whenever i feel like wtfpwning people with a weapon master, battleaxe wielding gnome. (xD) Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer - Epic levels ftw, hard campaign though - still haven't done it with a spellcaster. Warcraft III - Still enjoy playing some campaign. Warcraft III: Frozen Throne - ...
That's about it. I have more games of course, but i tend to uninstall those i have lost interest in, and then dig them forth once a year and replay them. I haven't completed FEAR once again though. For some reason, knowing the horrors about to happen is even more scary than being surprised by the unknown...
