But with many perks and skill trees

hope so, i heard they have 'streamlined' (another word for making it gayer) it from the 7 major skills in oblivion to just 3, and you can decide to pop points into either 1 of those 3. thats all i thought there was, no mention of skill trees or perks, so im glad to be wrong about this.
